Shout out to Aubry Ritchie. Our church needed some AC repairs so I called HVAC/R Finest and personally requested my buddy Aubry to come out and diagnose the problems we were having. Aubry did an excellent job. All our issues were addressed and the systems needed repairs are still working just fine. Highly, highly recommend to is company. The companys owner, Junior, is an HVAC/ R guru and an excellent instructor. This company will get your AC problems solved. Junior Dikousman was wonderful! He contacted me, scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, listened to my concern/issues and immediately went to work to fix the problem. I have had this same problem the past two years and Junior is the person tech to figure it out, and he also found that the leasing company did not properly install a thermostat which was causing another issue. Junior was also the first technician to tell me that my heating system was gas, something the leasing company nor their tech ever disclosed, considering this has been an ongoing problem. I definitely recommend HVAC/R Finest and Junior!!!!

Caesar and Mauricio came to repair our AC unit after it started leaking coolant. They were extremely efficient and the job took less time than what was called for. Both gentlemen are very knowledgeable in the HVAC profession. Incredibly happy with this company and I would highly recommend.

If I could give more stars, I would! Aubry Ritchie was helpful enough to fix my A/C the next day after submitting a ticket, this man is the GOAT! We had an internal temp of 86-88 in the house during texas summer, so we were rightfully worried that it would've been days or weeks until someone was coming out to help us. I still can't believe it, NEXT DAY! The office where I work has been without A/C for a month now, but Aubry with HVAC/R Finest comes by next day to fix the A/C at my house! I can sleep easy (and less sweaty) knowing my house will be blasting cool air again, and in such a timely manner if I haven't been clear already!

Outstanding work! I had another company do an annual check my central AC & they said it was okay, just some debris on the outside unit which they cleaned. However, two weeks later I had a scare when in this hot Texas heat, my AC stopped working! I made an appointment to have Finest come out and look at my unit. Two hours later my AC started working again (of course), but I kept my appointment.Bounthon from Finest took a look at my AC and saw a few issues the other company had missed, including an undersized capacitor and low refrigerant. Bounthon topped off my refrigerant, replaced the cap & some other things. He also did some magic on my inside ceiling unit, which now runs quieter than it has since I moved into this house.HVAC/R Finest is now the only company I trust to work on my AC. They get my highest recommendation!

HVACR-FINEST is overall the BEST company Ive hired to work on my a/c unit! Ill explain, I called several Hvac companies because my a/c unit went out, hvac r finest gave me the best overall price and Bounthon Dikousman was the technician that responded to my emergency call and he was the best most professional and detailed tech thats ever worked on my a/c unit, not to mention he was also on time and resolved my issue in a timely manner. He answered all my questions, adviced me on some components that could help my unit operate better and he explained and pointed out things in my unit to clean for better operations. Im giving them a 10/10, I truly believe they are the best of the best in the DFW area.

Buonthon has been to service the A/C unit four times so far and each time he has been thorough, professional, transparent and concerned that the high temps are causing the unit to be overworked. Started off with a initial inspection to confirm a lot of issues with my hvac / ac for my home. Junior Dikousman was very professional, listended to my concerns, gave education and options that made sense to my financial needs but resolved a major issue. Him and his team came the next day and complete overhaul. By end of the day everything ran great and the not even having the ac on for a hour the house started to cool down immediately.
