3. Estimates & Approval
Estimates or quotes provided are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions discovered during service.
Work will not proceed without customer approval unless previously authorized through agreement, contract, or property management authorization.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods including credit/debit cards and other authorized payment systems. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or service interruption.
5. Property Access & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to equipment and service areas.
HVAC-R Finest is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from restricted access, unsafe conditions, or pre-existing issues not disclosed prior to service.
6. Warranties & Limitations
Any warranties provided are limited to those explicitly stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties may apply to equipment and parts.
HVAC-R Finest is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing system conditions
- Improper prior installations
- Failures unrelated to completed work
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the services performed.
